Heading to a new doctor’s office for the first time can be nerve racking. And that’s okay! If you’ve never received chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect. But we are here to walk you through it.
Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around our office doesn’t need to be an overwhelming experience.
That’s why at Achieve Health and Wellness, our biggest priority is your comfort. We are here to remove any stress or tension, and do whatever we can to make your time with us as effortless as it can be.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Laying the Foundation for Total Health
Chiropractic care is like building a house - there is a specific way things have to be done in order to have a strong foundation and for everything to work right. When building a house, if you tried to put up walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. The same is true for your body. It has to go through a plan of care in order to repair itself correctly.
Phase 1: Relief Care
If you are in pain when you come into our office, the first objective is to bring you relief. Depending on the severity of your problem, it is typical to need to come in two to three times per week for four to twelve weeks.
Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care
During the corrective care phase, your muscles and other tissues are able to heal more completely, thereby helping prevent injuries. Patients usually come in four to eight times per month for six to twenty-four months, depending on your overall health and where we started.
Phase 3: Wellness Care
Once your body has fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments to avoid the same problems in the future. Usually, this only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor one to four times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
At Achieve Health and Wellness, we believe in the value of the care we provide for you and your family. We have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office actually accepts most forms of insurance. We also take on auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. INSURANCE
We accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare! We take that extra step and also accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury. However, since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if we are in network with your plan. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
NO INSURANCE
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs are available. There is still an affordable way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay out of pocket for care, as they discover chiropractic care at our office to be extremely cost-effective.
FAMILY PLANS
Our focus at Achieve Health and Wellness is to actively help you and your family with your health, wellness, and disease management. We provide the knowledge and tools for you to have the time to care for the important people in your world: your loved ones. In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and cheap as possible, we create a customized family plan that is specific to each individual.
HEALTH ON A BUDGET
Coming into our office to prioritize your overall health now will take a lot less time and money than trying to recover from any of the many ailments that plague people everyday. We are all about preventative care, and putting your most important asset first: your health.
If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us–we can make a way! The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in a crisis. As the saying goes, health is wealth. Unfortunately, too many people don’t discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
